根据KKM官方手册，马来西亚的KK是建议让孩子在9个月大左右就能开始涂鸦玩conteng conteng了。为了年幼孩子们的安全，我们是选择了相对无毒无味无重金属的食品级大豆油墨来制作，颜色也是比较鲜艳。它是适合在任何地方作画涂鸦（如纸张、木块、玻璃、金属、陶瓷、whiteboard等等；但当然某些材质就无法被清洗掉了），要清洗起来也是相对容易得多
笔身方面，我们也是故意选择比较粗的直径，除了可以容纳比市售markerpen来的多的墨水之外，这种较粗肥的笔身也对那些手指握力相对比较弱的0-3岁的幼儿来得好，不会造成过大的负担。至于墨水，很抱歉是，我们决定不要制作为可以refill的类型，这是因为我方也相对担心，万一被一些fine motor skill比较强的孩子自行打开来喝 / 玩 / 弄倒浪费了，那么就不太好。这里也想为大家澄清：food grade食品级并非表示可以安全拿来当饮料喝（当然也并不会好喝）；这级别是仅代表该原料是比较无毒、方便清洗、无重金属、可以跟皮肤接触
而万一孩子玩了之后没有盖紧，又或者在运输中被垂直放而导致墨水不能很顺利出来的话，是可以这样做的 https://bit.ly/inkAurora 。一般上只要把markerpen的盖子关紧、再把盖子方向朝下放过夜、再试试涂鸦看看，大部分的问题都是可以解决了的；但万一是一收到包裹时就已经是这样很不顺畅的，而且在倒放了之后也依然还是不能顺利书写的话，那么您是可以联络我们客服，并由我方负责补寄的

墙面：如果有些油漆或者墙壁是比较难用湿布来弄干净的，那么是可以把一层的mayonaise涂在痕迹上静置半小时，再用湿布来擦掉（这是真实的，我就是那位白老鼠，为了测试而邀请女儿一起画壁画，真的成功一干二净），细节可以参考 https://bit.ly/mayoAurora

衣服：如果是canvas那一种纯棉的粗面material的就真的比较难了；至于其余的布料，我方是建议先马上用 至少80%的alcohol based hand sanitizer来涂抹，才再尽快用洗衣液清洗，那么是依然还可以洗掉的

皮肤：这一点也请放心... 团队成员的孩子曾经把自己画成Halloween trick or treat... 过了一个小时才发现；但也是可以单用清水而已就能轻松洗掉了

IKEA whiteboard：有买家说她们发现IKEA牌子的表面会有一点点凹凸而并非完全平滑，这也许会留下部分的痕迹，建议是也采用酒精来彻底清理

木玩：可以在无coating的木块上安全涂色；但，由于木块是属于有天然纹路的凹凸不平表面（porous surface），着也导致被画在木块上的颜料无法被清洗掉。万一是只打算短期地上色，那么是会相对建议涂鸦在有亮面coating的木块
