- we do have watertight and antileak mechanism on each and every compartments
- the said mechanism can prevent food from moving / flowing to other compartments
- however due to Malaysian weather, sometimes the said mechanism might have risk of slight leakage (this could be due to weather or the mishandling from our logistic partner during transportation)
- we guarantee all the lunch boxes we shipped are genuine and brand new, but in case the one you receive is not in its optimum condition, please feel free to let us know, we will ship you a new set for free (without having you to return the existing one at all)
